Scope of Application

Usage method
(1) Select the appropriate chuck: Choose a chuck from the tool set that matches the size of the locating pin to be disassembled. This set includes two specifications of chucks: imperial and metric. The imperial ones include 3/16 inches, 1/4 inches, 5/16 inches, 3/8 inches and 1/2 inches. Metric systems include 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.
(2) Install the chuck: Place the selected chuck over the locating pin to ensure a tight fit between the chuck and the locating pin.
(3) Tighten the sleeve: Tighten the sleeve of the chuck to firmly fix it on the locating pin.
(4) Connect and disassemble tools: Install the outer cylinder and nut properly, and then you can choose to use a pneumatic ratchet wrench or a traditional ratchet wrench for the disassembly operation.
(5) Disassemble the locating pin: By operating the ratchet wrench, use the pulling force generated by the outer cylinder and the nut to pull the locating pin out of its installation position.
