5 on 4.5" bolt pattern.
Fits most other 3,500 lb idler axles with #84 spindles. You must match your bearing numbers and bolt pattern prior to ordering. Make sure your axle has a 4bolt brake flange installed behind your hub to bolt these brakes to, bolts are 2.75" standard square pattern (or 4 on 4" diameter).
