Then using a wrench, loosen and remove the castle nut.Finally using a joint fork pry the track bar away from the frame mount.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2.You should be able to remove the track bar now. Using a bristle brush, clean out the inside of the driver’s side track bar mount.
