Pressure Safety Reminders

 1.  Check the input pressure before operation.

Ensure your air supply is between 100–145 PSI (6.8–10 bar). Do not exceed 145 PSI to prevent overinflation or product damage.

2. Do not modify or ignore the pressure-limiting valve.

The jack is equipped with a non-adjustable, factory-set pressure-limiting valve. Tampering may compromise safety.

3.  Use compatible air supply systems only.

Use standard air compressors, tanks, or vehicle air systems with compatible fittings.

4.  Do not exceed working pressure.

Always follow the safety guidelines and pressure specifications listed in the manual.

MAINTENANCE:

• 1. Visually inspect Air Jak before each use. Ascertain the jack has no broken or damaged parts.
• 2. Put a few drops of pneumatic tool oil on the air inlet occasionally (monthly).
• 3. Using a cleaning cloth or air gun, remove all dust and dirt that may affect the performance or life of the product.
• 4. We strongly recommend that you have your lifting equipment inspected annually by an accredited individual.
• 5. Raise the jack to its maximum height without load and check the air circuit fit for leaks.
• 6. Check that the markings (technical table on the handle and maximum capacity label on the jack) are the same as in the original condition once a year.
