Description

- This transfer pump provides safer and more efficient transportation of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, bio-diesel and similar fuels or oils. Suitable for lawn tractors, boats, motor boats, snowmobiles and trimmers, etc.

High Capacity- This industry standard DC pump dispenses up to 20 GPM , which could make fueling be more efficient. Designed for 12V battery powered bung mounted transferring from fuel tanks on trailers or trucks, this transfer pump will pull fuel at tank depths of 8 ft. and discharge fuel up to heights of 37 ft.

Protection Against Overheating- Engineered to exceed the industry’s most stringent safety standards, the pump is constructed with thermal overload protection to prevent the motor from overheating during abnormal usage.

Attention- 1. Please make sure the wired motor is fully charged before use for better work (if the power is too low, the product may not be able to reach the normal working efficiency) ; 2. If your pump stops working during use, this may be due to the motor overheating and triggering the protection mechanism, please make sure that the wired motor is fully charged, and then try to restart it after 15 minutes of cooling.

To achieve maximum suction lift, the inlet plumbing should be as straight as possible with no elbows or bends in the line. Accessories, such as filters, should not be installed on the inlet side of the pump. Valves should be set with minimum spring pressure and must contain a pressure relief valve.

Variables that increase discharge pressure/decrease flow-rate:

Adding accessories (filters, measuring devices, swivels, etc…)

Changing accessories (increasing the length or decreasing diameter of hose)

Dispensing fuel above the pump (the higher the discharge point is above the pump the lower flow-rate)

Pumping higher viscosity fluids (umps are designed to pump at a viscosity no greater than kerosene)

NEVER smoke near the pump, or use the pump near open flames when pumping a flammable liquid! Fire can result!

A filter should be used on the pump outlet to ensure no foreign material is transferred to the fuel tank.

Threaded pipe joints and connections must be sealed with the appropriate sealant or sealant tape to minimize the possibility of leaks.

Storage tanks must be securely anchored to prevent shifting or tipping when full or empty.

To minimize static electricity build up, use only static wire conductive hose when pumping flammable fluids, and keep the fill nozzle in contact with the container being filled during the filling process.

The pump motor is equipped with thermal overload protection; if overheated, the motor will shut off to prevent damage to the windings.
